Belka successfully migrated NeN's embryonic design system to Figma, building a comprehensive system with nearly 900 components and implementing design tokens for themes and layout management. They provided extensive training and documentation to ensure the team could use the new system effectively. As a result, NeN's design process became significantly more efficient, with the project completed in a fraction of the time it would have taken internally, allowing the team to focus on their product. Belka's work created one of the most comprehensive and up-to-date design systems for any tech company in Italy.
