NOOA wins Quality Innovation Award with BeHappy Co.

BeHappy Co. was engaged by NOOA, a consulting company specializing in change management, to address a critical challenge. Their client firms faced significant employee resistance to change initiatives, as existing tools like Excel failed to communicate benefits effectively. Higher management struggled to engage middle managers and employees, necessitating a new digital service to drive participation.

The solution was the creation of the NOOA platform, a gamified service using personal employee avatars to actively engage users in the change process. BeHappy Co. designed a multi-device system where avatar health reflected participation, featuring team challenges and a rewards system. The service was piloted successfully in several Nordic companies, including Fujitsu and the City of Helsinki, leading to the project winning the Quality Innovation Award and evolving into its own company, NOOA Global.
