WEMAG, a municipal energy provider with around 600 employees, wanted to introduce a modern intranet that would support communication and collaboration without the high costs and long implementation times often associated with such projects. To meet this challenge, WEMAG selected Beezy, using its intelligent workplace platform for Office 365 and SharePoint to create a social intranet called “Kiek in.”

Beezy delivered an out-of-the-box, mobile-friendly solution that was implemented in just five months, avoiding costly custom development. The results were strong: 70% of employees log in daily, and more than 60 virtual workspaces were created within the first three months, showing clear adoption and engagement across the organization.
