Leading U.S.-based National Insurance Company needed to demonstrate strong governance and compliance for a contingent workforce that represented 25% of its staff (nearing 80% in IT) and to prepare for a comprehensive nine‑month internal audit. Working with MSP KellyOCG, the insurer selected Beeline and its Vendor Management System (VMS) to centralize contingent labor data, enforce policy, qualify contractors, and provide visibility across finance, HR and IT.

Beeline’s VMS was integrated with the company’s SAP HRIS/ERP and other systems to capture worker records, approvals, timesheets and SOW changes and to produce the reports and audit trails auditors required; KellyOCG used Beeline to generate many of the extracts. Given auditors real‑time access to Beeline, the nine‑month audit (two full‑time auditors, more than 100 questions) concluded with an “effective” rating—the highest possible—confirming stronger controls, reduced compliance risk and validated single‑source visibility delivered by Beeline.
