World’s Leading Asset Management and Financial Services Company faced a fragmented contingent workforce program that an existing VMS could not support globally. The client needed accurate, country-specific tax handling, consolidated enterprise reporting (their prior solution ran seven separate instances), and a single platform to replace multiple regional systems — requirements that led them to select Beeline and its Beeline VMS.

Beeline executed a global implementation and transition, working with the client and a Managed Services Provider to localize the Beeline VMS for country-specific compliance, tailor workflows to statutory requirements, and integrate with SAP and Oracle for real-time data exchange. As a result, Beeline now manages more than 1,800 contingent assignments across multiple labor categories and the client plans to expand Beeline usage into additional countries in Europe and Asia, delivering centralized reporting, improved tax visibility, and streamlined global operations.
