Global Financial Technology Company, a payments and technology leader, needed to extend its U.S. Vendor Management System (VMS) to operations in 22 European countries. Working with Beeline, the client faced complex, country-specific regulatory, invoicing and currency requirements that prevented a straight copy of the U.S. system and imposed a firm go-live target of January 1, 2014.

Beeline ran immersion sessions with the client and their MSP, built country-specific configurations (including invoicing and multi-currency financial capture for all 22 countries), and executed a soft launch two weeks early to meet the deadline. As a result, the Global Financial Technology Company now has a single Beeline VMS platform and consistent workflows across Europe, the ability to invoice and capture financials in every country, improved agility to adjust non-employee workforce by country, and ongoing training, SmartView® analytics adoption and plans to expand further in EMEA and Asia.
