Global Manufacturing Company, a multinational manufacturer with operations in more than 70 countries, needed better visibility and control over a large and growing contingent workforce to meet internal and international compliance requirements, including varied local PII and labor rules. To address this, the company engaged Beeline to provide a scalable, multilingual Vendor Management System (VMS) and Resource Tracking solution.

Beginning in 2011, Beeline deployed a “req-to-check” VMS where infrastructure allowed and a Resource Tracking system elsewhere, backed by Beeline’s SmartView® analytics, in a three-phased global rollout. The solution brought more than 30,000 workers and 3,500 suppliers across 20 countries into a single reporting platform, improved visibility into program spend, mitigated security and compliance risks, and led the Global Manufacturing Company to ask Beeline to expand the program to its remaining 55 regional operations.
