Global Financial Lion ING Centralizes Contingent Workforce Management with IQN VMS

ING, a Dutch multinational bank, struggled with fragmented contingent workforce management split between IT and non-IT systems, inconsistent onboarding (hiring forms up to 150 fields), multiple timekeeping systems, and manual financial reconciliation that slowed access to critical skills. To centralize and streamline these processes, ING engaged Beeline and its IQN VMS platform to standardize requisitions, onboarding, and vendor management across the enterprise.

Beeline implemented IQN VMS, integrated it with Taleo, Clarity and PeopleSoft, migrated 3,000 records and launched the unified portal within three months. The solution reduced requisition forms from 150 to 15, centralized time/expense and supplier management, cut back-office headcount by six, improved financial reconciliation and worker/hiring-manager satisfaction, and enabled ING to scale contingent talent more efficiently — delivering measurable operational and productivity gains.
