Beeline, working with the client and its MSP, implemented a comprehensive VMS that unified U.S. and Puerto Rico contingent workforce management, integrated time-and-attendance data, normalized job titles, and standardized rate cards. As a result, the Global Bio-Pharmaceutical Company gained single-tool visibility and compliance, eliminated manual processes, improved time-to-fill, and achieved more than $12 million in contingent workforce savings while controlling approximately 85–90% of Puerto Rico extended workforce spend.
