Global Bank Expands Contingent Staffing Management in Asia

Global Banking and Financial Services Company, a global bank with more than 100,000 employees in over 70 countries, needed greater visibility and consistent processes for managing contingent workforces in Singapore and Hong Kong. Already using Beeline in North America, the company engaged Beeline to implement a full Vendor Management System (VMS) — including worker tracking, vendor management functionality, and analytics — rather than a phased, resource-tracking-only approach.

Beeline, working with Adecco Staffing and Pontoon, configured and deployed the Beeline VMS (with SmartView® analytics) and made the system operational in early November 2013. The solution delivered more accurate data and impartial supplier performance reporting, prompting a rate‑card review and supply‑chain reorganization that is expected to save nearly 1,000 Euros per contingent worker in the next fiscal year; the success has led the Global Banking and Financial Services Company to request Beeline rollouts in Australia, Japan, and India.
