Financial Service Holding Company, a large financial services firm with retail banking, credit card and auto loan businesses, faced complex regulatory and security requirements, a need for a robust governance model, easier first‑use for many infrequent users, and a scalable solution to rebrand and grow its contingent workforce program. After evaluating the market it selected Beeline and its VMS platform, including Services Procurement, Resource Tracking and Self‑Sourcing, to address those challenges.
Beeline implemented its VMS (go‑live February 2017), deploying Contingent Staffing and Services Procurement across the US and Canada and integrating with Workday, Coupa and SSO; the client now runs $650 million in contingent labor spend through Beeline. The solution delivered compliance with internal and external policies, better end‑user experience and adoption, centralized sourcing, improved visibility and reporting, cost reduction through competitive bidding, and ongoing enhancements via Beeline’s SRM and product roadmap.
