Financial Services Leader Manages Outsourced Service Workers

Leading Multinational Banking and Financial Services Company needed better visibility and control over thousands of non-employee service workers across 49 countries — including who had facility and data access, who met compliance requirements, and which suppliers could provide the right resources. To address this, the customer partnered with Beeline to extend its Vendor Management System (VMS) by implementing Beeline’s Resource Tracking solution.

Beeline delivered the Resource Tracking solution in three phases, using configurable features such as resource matching and supplier-driven worker record creation to track workers moving between procurement types, businesses, and countries. The first two phases (covering 26 countries) went live in November 2013 and the final phase (adding 23 countries and infrastructure to track 30,000 workers) was completed before the end of 2014. With Beeline’s solution the client now has global visibility into headcount, roles, qualifications, certifications, security access and assignment length, reducing data entry time and errors and improving sourcing, contracting and change-management decisions.
