American Multinational Energy Company, a Fortune 50 firm active across oil, gas, geothermal, refining, chemicals and power generation, needed a Vendor Management System (VMS) to roll out a comprehensive diversity program across more than 6,600 IT and professional contingent staffing assignments. Beeline implemented a four‑phased VMS rollout beginning with U.S. contingent staffing (over 30,000 users and $125M annual spend), replaced legacy Master Vendor/VOP arrangements with third‑party MSPs, added new labor categories (adding $60M of contingent spend), brought SOWs under VMS control, and extended the program to Australia and another regional unit. The solution drove measurable results: IT diversity spend exceeded 40%, the supplier base was reduced from 40+ to 9, a tenure discount yielded more than $3.6M in savings, and cycle times, supplier quality, compliance (including 1099 vetting) and enterprise visibility all improved — outcomes that led the customer to name Beeline Supplier of the Year and award an Advanced Supplier Relationship.
