Electrolux Expands Access to Quality Contingent Talent with IQN VMS

Electrolux, the global appliance maker, faced uncontrolled, decentralized spending on consultants and limited visibility into its contingent workforce. To standardize sourcing, compliance and invoicing, Electrolux partnered with Beeline, deploying the IQN VMS and engaging TAPFIN MSP to centralize supplier oversight and lifecycle management of non‑employee talent.

Beeline’s IQN VMS and TAPFIN implementation standardized requisitions, onboarding/offboarding, time entry and self‑billing, giving Electrolux enterprise visibility and controls. The program realized 5% direct cost savings (with another 5% expected), achieved ~10–15% cost avoidance through improved demand management, extended payment terms on average by 45 days toward a 60‑day KPI, centralized ~90% of Stockholm consultants and improved talent quality, compliance and invoice efficiency.
