World’s Premier Innovative Biopharmaceutical Company had been managing its extended workforce across three MSPs and two separate vendor management systems (one in the U.S. and one in the U.K.), creating inconsistency and limited global visibility. After exhaustive due diligence the customer selected Beeline and its Beeline VMS for its superior user interface, technical capabilities, and cultural fit to consolidate contingent staffing and services procurement on a single global platform.

Beeline implemented the VMS in two phases (U.S. and Puerto Rico in Nov 2015, U.K. in Jan 2016), integrating complex invoicing and multiple client systems to give the customer and its MSPs unified global reporting and a streamlined procurement process. The Beeline VMS now manages approximately $200 million in spend across more than 2,300 contingent assignments, supports over 3,000 users and ~350 suppliers, and handles five custom invoice feeds and nine custom invoice reports, with ongoing Beeline support and expansion replacing incumbent VMS solutions from recent acquisitions.
