World’s Largest Aerospace Company, a global leader in commercial and military aircraft with more than $800 million in annual contingent staffing spend and 160,000+ employees, needed to replace an aging, proprietary vendor management system. They engaged Beeline to implement a modern VMS that could manage their entire extended workforce (contingent staffing, SOW, T&M, 1099), support 100,000+ users, interface with eight internal data systems, and migrate legacy data and 8,000 ongoing assignments.

Beeline executed a three-phase VMS rollout—starting with U.S. contingent staffing (live Sept 2012), then services procurement for SOWs (completed Oct 2014), with global expansion planned across 15 EMEA and APAC countries. In the first 12 months on the U.S. program Beeline’s solution delivered $3 million in vendor-pricing savings and an estimated $1 million+ annually from productivity and compliance improvements, while centralizing visibility and control of the client’s extended workforce.
