Holt Renfrew Incentive Marketing for Customer Loyalty

The luxury department store Holt Renfrew sought a creative incentive marketing promotion to celebrate the Lunar New Year and reward its newsletter subscribers. They needed a solution that would engage their audience, drive both online and in-store sales, and seamlessly integrate with their existing point-of-sale systems for validation. To address this challenge, they partnered with the vendor BeeLiked.

BeeLiked developed a custom "Open the Envelope" gamified promotion. This digital experience mirrored the tradition of gifting a red envelope (hóngbāo) and provided each participant with a scannable coupon for a discount. The solution was launched in both English and French and successfully generated over 30,000 entries in just eight days, effectively driving customer engagement and footfall for Holt Renfrew.
