The Watergate Hotel, a 336-room luxury property in Washington, D.C., faced a people-and-communication challenge after a $200 million renovation: connecting 280 frontline employees across front desk, housekeeping and food & beverage to ensure seamless guest service and eliminate missed bulletin-board messages. To modernize internal communications and reinforce guest experience, the Watergate selected Beekeeper’s team app (group messaging and digital signage) as its mobile internal communications platform.
