Beekeeper was rolled out as the company’s central hub — used in onboarding, manager-led posts, equipment‑specific Streams, tagged posts for photos/videos, and a “Lessons Learned” program — enabling real‑time troubleshooting and knowledge sharing. The platform reduced middle‑of‑the‑night technician labor, accelerated problem resolution, supported onboarding of 900 acquired employees, and drove strong adoption (71% user stickiness and 74% iPhone app usage), helping USA Compression sustain safety, training, and its 97% runtime contractual goals.
