Wincasa, the leading real estate service provider in Switzerland with more than 860 employees across 25 locations, faced a need to modernize internal communications and replace a static, top-down intranet. To support digital transformation, Wincasa chose an integrated digital workplace using Beekeeper’s employee app alongside SharePoint to improve timely information flow, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across desk and non-desk workers.

Beekeeper worked with Wincasa to plan and roll out the employee app (integrated with SharePoint) in a five-month implementation, using local ambassadors and engagement campaigns like a company-wide selfie contest to drive adoption. The Beekeeper-enabled solution now reaches every employee, made communication more transparent and participatory, reduced reliance on IT for vendor coordination, and increased leadership visibility and engagement across the organization.
