Liberty Mutual engages 45,000 employees with Beekeeper Group

Liberty Mutual, a global insurance company with over 45,000 employees, sought to educate and empower its team on how to participate in the civic process. Their challenge was to create a dynamic internal resource to help employees advocate for issues important to them. To meet this need, they partnered with Beekeeper Group for content strategy and digital advocacy services.

Beekeeper Group developed a series of educational materials, including detailed one-pagers and a call script, which were housed in a new internal Advocacy Hub. This solution was promoted with an animated video to engage employees. The new Civics Hub was well-received and provided the Public Affairs team with a baseline to continue supporting employee advocacy efforts.
