Transpoco, a Dublin-based vehicle tracking and fleet management software provider, needed to connect HubSpot and Zoho CRM so sales and marketing shared real-time lead and opportunity data. They engaged Bedrock Data to provide a continuous, bi-directional integration that would keep sales informed and enable true marketing automation across systems.

Bedrock Data implemented a near-real-time sync of about 37 mapped fields (including forms submitted, number of visits, lead grade, opportunity stage and owner), so Zoho and HubSpot update each other and automatically trigger personalized drip campaigns and lifecycle changes.
