Paradigm4, maker of the SciDB computational database used by organizations like NIH, NASA and Novartis, needed to scale marketing automation with Marketo while retaining their existing Zoho CRM. To keep sales and marketing aligned as data changed between systems, Paradigm4 turned to Bedrock Data for an integration that would synchronize lead records, custom fields and marketing intelligence across both platforms.
Bedrock Data implemented a bidirectional Marketo–Zoho CRM sync that moves basic lead data, forum registrations and custom marketing fields (including Lead Score and urgency) in both directions. The integration gave sales instant visibility into lead scores, web activity and deal urgency, improving qualification and handoffs; Paradigm4 reports that Bedrock Data’s sync of dozens of fields and real‑time updates enabled sales to act on leads they otherwise wouldn’t have known were engaged.
