Medical Device Company OBP Medical Automates Marketing Campaigns with CRM Data Through a Bedrock Integration

OBP Medical, a developer of single-use illuminating medical devices used in more than 2,000 hospitals worldwide, needed to connect its newly implemented HubSpot marketing platform to its existing Zoho CRM so sales data could drive marketing campaigns. Bedrock Data provided a continuous integration to sync data to and from Zoho CRM, addressing OBP’s immediate need to keep critical contact and product fields up to date across systems.

Bedrock Data implemented a simple, mapped integration that syncs basic lead fields plus product interest, lead source, access codes and lead owner info from Zoho into HubSpot, enabling dynamic lists that update as sales reps change CRM records. The Bedrock Data integration automated OBP’s email campaigns and centralized marketing data, keeping CRM information current in HubSpot and directly informing campaign targeting and business decisions.
