Bedrock Data implemented a bidirectional integration connecting HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Cvent and GoToWebinar, mapping and keeping over 200,000 records and numerous fields in sync — including lead source, last form submitted, pageviews, visits, lead score, email opt-out, registration status and events registered for. The integration runs seamlessly, enabling automated cross-system marketing, giving sales reps enriched activity data in Dynamics, and ensuring event registration data flows into CRM; measurable impact includes 200,000+ records synced and continuous real-time updates across systems.
