TINE SA, Norway’s largest producer, distributor and exporter of dairy products, was shifting to a more dynamic management model and needed a better way to improve financial forecasts, strengthen management information, and support new ways of working. Bedford Consulting helped implement Anaplan, an open, flexible, and configurable planning platform, to support this transition and initially focused on the finance function before expanding into sales planning.

Bedford Consulting played a central role in delivering the Anaplan solution and worked closely with TINE SA as the company developed its sales model and prepared to extend planning into areas such as S&OP. The result was a more agile planning capability that supports ongoing organizational change, with the ability to simulate and quickly model different scenarios for future estimates, although no specific numerical impact was provided.
