Bedford Consulting implemented Anaplan in two phases, moving CPS finance forecasting into a central platform and then aligning operational teams around zero-based budgeting and resource modelling. The solution automated FP&A processes, improved data security, and enabled real-time scenario analysis so CPS could plan for different case volumes and resource needs. As a result, CPS eliminated significant monthly time spent on data collection and collation, gained faster real-time forecasting and budgeting, and improved business visibility, collaboration, and workforce planning within just months.
