Bedford Consulting is helping itsu [grocery] embed Anaplan for supply and demand planning, with the goal of increasing automation, speeding up decision-making, and reducing process errors. The new approach is designed to support continued growth and make it easier to add new products, regions, and suppliers, although no specific measurable results were yet reported.
