Huel, a plant-based food manufacturer founded in 2015, was experiencing rapid growth and needed to improve its sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes. The company was managing more than 350 SKUs in spreadsheets, and its team was spending around 60% of their time on planning in Excel and Google Sheets. The solution aimed to reduce spreadsheet dependency, improve planning accuracy, and free up time for analysis and better decision-making.
