With Bedford Consulting’s implementation of Anaplan, Glide now has interlinked Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and P&L models that update automatically as changes flow through from Sales to EBITDA. The result is greater automation, flexibility, and visibility for the finance team, enabling better cross-functional collaboration and more meaningful conversations with decision makers; Glide is now looking to extend Anaplan into a 5-year plan, enhanced visualizations, KPIs, and analytics for its Executive Team.
