BeCloud Solutions implemented a communication platform that included national geographic numbering, a specific IVR, and a voice channel integrated with Salesforce Health Cloud. This solution organized the patient care process, optimized the daily work of specialized nurses, and ensured the effectiveness of their assistance activities. The platform successfully became the central tool for managing all patient interactions during a time of extreme emergency.
