StubHub, the ticket marketplace for live events, needed to coordinate a complex, cross-channel marketing effort for its Fan Rewards loyalty program. Although channel teams executed well individually, silos and disparate data sources — marketing reports, finance, the data warehouse and brand surveys — made integrated planning, execution and measurement difficult.
Beckon served as StubHub’s hub for Fan Rewards by ingesting channel reports, pulling transactions and sign-ups from the data warehouse, and standardizing tags to deliver a real-time reporting interface with channel-, cohort- and messaging-level analytics. The outcome was unified Fan Rewards data, faster actionable insights, and a repeatable platform and methodology for setting objectives and measuring future cross-channel initiatives.
