This partnership resulted in a 65% reduction in process steps, a 71% decrease in touchpoints, and a 20% increase in core laboratory testing volume. Bassett also reduced its core lab FTEs by two and cut the instrument footprint at two hospital labs by 50%, achieving greater consistency in turnaround times and significant operational efficiencies.
