The Korte Company, an ENR top-400 design‑build contractor, needed to modernize and standardize its estimating nationwide while better leveraging the 3D modeling coming from its design group. Seeking a predictable, collaborative implementation rather than time‑and‑materials support, Korte selected Beck Technology to expand its existing use of DESTINI Profiler and roll out DESTINI Estimator as a single, company‑wide estimating platform.

Beck Technology delivered a transparent, lump‑sum implementation that built a single nationwide cost database in DESTINI Data Manager, migrated Korte from 16 divisions to the industry standard MasterFormat 48 divisions, and integrated Profiler outputs into Estimator. With hands‑on training, data scrubbing and weekly collaboration, the phased rollout ran ahead of schedule, enabling Korte’s ~20 estimators to adopt the system (targeted full use by Nov 2017), achieve consistent nationwide pricing with regional factors, speed takeoffs and early budgeting, and avoid unpredictable support costs.
