Taking DESTINI Estimator Companywide, One Power User at a Time

Sundt Construction, an ENR Top 400 general contractor, recognized its estimating platform was becoming obsolete and needed a solution that tied into DESTINI® Profiler. Director of preconstruction Don Goodrich engaged Beck Technology to modernize the firm’s estimating, and Lead Estimator Brian Parker — already a Profiler user — was named Sundt’s DESTINI Estimator power user to lead the companywide rollout.

Beck Technology implemented DESTINI Estimator alongside DESTINI Profiler, sent trainers for on-site coaching, and helped integrate Sundt’s extensive Excel cost database into room-level data sheets so drawing a space auto-populates all relevant line items. The deployment replaced the legacy MC2 system, standardized estimating across offices, sped up estimate production, improved quantity accuracy, and strengthened client presentations—helping Sundt win projects and carry models from concept through development with Beck Technology’s tools.
