Because Experiential Marketing helped Timberland create an engaging event experience at Inspirefest 2018, designing a welcoming destination where attendees could relax, recharge, and connect between speakers. The challenge was to build a branded space that supported attendee networking while also reinforcing diversity and inclusivity messaging in a busy conference environment.

Because Experiential Marketing delivered the HubSpot Recharge Lounge, featuring charging stations, comfy seating, video content, and an Instagrammable design that made the stand a popular stop at the event. The results were strong, with more than 3,000 people attending Inspirefest and the majority visiting the stand over the two-day period, while Timberland praised Because Experiential Marketing for bringing the event vision to life with a flexible, customized solution.
