The Burj Khalifa worked with Because Experiential Marketing to build on the success of its “This is Burj Khalifa” campaign and raise awareness of its observation deck, At The Top. The challenge was to move beyond a transactional, repetitive content approach and create more engaging storytelling for the 1.8 million visitors who come to the landmark each year.

Because Experiential Marketing created “The Burj Khalifa in One Question,” an experiential content campaign that put visitors at the center of the story. Using a minimalist setup on the observation deck, the team asked guests one simple question and captured authentic, unscripted responses that felt fresh and emotive; the case study notes the campaign launched in April 2018, but no quantified results were yet available.
