HubSpot worked with Because Experiential Marketing to create an engaging presence at Inspirefest 2018. The challenge was to design a destination hub where attendees could “plug in” or “plug out” between speakers, meet with prospective clients in a relaxed setting, and reinforce HubSpot’s diversity and inclusivity values.

Because Experiential Marketing delivered the HubSpot Recharge Lounge, featuring device charging, comfy seating, video content highlighting diversity and inclusion, and an Instagrammable design. The lounge became a popular stop at the event, with over 3,000 attendees in total and the majority visiting the stand over the two-day period. HubSpot praised Because Experiential Marketing for bringing the event vision to life with a customized, flexible, and inspiring solution.
