Before using Beamery, it was difficult to quickly surface valuable prospects like Silver Medalists or past applicants for similar roles, limiting VMware’s ability to re-engage this talent pool.

With Beamery’s automation and Campaign features, VMware built targeted outreach programs to re-engage candidates and deliver personalized content at the right cadence. The results were strong: campaign open rates reached 45% to 61% and averaged 294 original applications per newsletter, with open rates about twice those of LinkedIn.
