Facing pandemic-driven shifts in hiring, Zalando needed a single source of truth and a scalable way to deliver personalized outreach, nurture candidates via curated Events, increase recruiter productivity, and grow pipelines for priority roles—challenges tackled with Beamery’s Talent Lifecycle Management (including Campaigns and Events).
Beamery helped Zalando deploy targeted micro‑Campaigns, Events and audience-specific Beamery Pages to capture candidate intent and personalize outreach, which created nearly 6,000 new contacts in under six months. The program delivered strong engagement—70% open rate across 380+ campaigns, a 58% open rate for event promotions and an 86% event attendance rate—with an average audience of ~304 contacts per campaign—driving measurable improvements in qualified pipeline, recruiter efficiency and DE&I-focused talent growth.
