How EisnerAmper Uses Beamery + Workday To Exceed Hiring Goals

EisnerAmper partnered with Beamery in March 2022 to address gaps in their Talent Lifecycle Management: although they had an ATS and used Workday globally, they lacked a talent CRM that integrated tightly with Workday and could track passive candidates, resurface past applicants, run targeted campaigns, support campus events, and reduce candidate drop-off. EisnerAmper chose Beamery’s Talent CRM and Career Site functionality to give their Talent Acquisition team end-to-end visibility and enable proactive sourcing and community-driven hiring.

Beamery implemented a staged rollout—building a Talent Community, Events for campus hiring, Talent Pools, SMS and bulk messaging, calendar integration, and a revamped career site with live chat—while integrating with Workday and completing UAT ahead of schedule. As a result, EisnerAmper created 82,000+ vacancies, built nearly 160 talent pools, and added over 5,000 contacts in just two months, improving recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, and proactive sourcing across the organization.
