How An Insurance Company Set Up Beamery + Workday For Seamless Recruitment

A leading insurance company partnered with Beamery in July 2020 to strengthen its talent strategy with a Talent CRM that could integrate seamlessly with Workday ATS. As the organization grew and supported recruiting across multiple businesses, its existing CRM struggled to connect these workstreams, and the team also faced adoption issues and software fatigue among users.

Beamery worked with the customer to integrate talent flows from sourcing through to hire and to support an empathy-first change management approach. The team segmented six user groups, identified “successful” and “struggle” users in each, and ran tailored lunch-and-learn sessions to drive feedback and adoption. With Beamery, the company achieved a 27% increase in monthly active users, added 59 new active users, hosted 15 sessions, and reached 90% lunch-and-learn attendance.
