BlackRock’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Talent Acquisition team used Beamery to improve how it managed candidate engagement around events. Before Beamery, the team struggled to host events, track prospects, and maintain follow-up communications after career fairs, panel discussions, and recruiting events.

With Beamery’s Events module, BlackRock created landing pages, directed candidates to apply on its Careers site, and built pools to capture interested talent who were not yet eligible for open roles. Beamery also helped the team track registrations, attendance, applications, and offers, while enabling ongoing engagement through personalized content and profile tags.
