NN Group, a large European insurance and asset management company, wanted to be known as the “You Matter” company and needed employees and partners to express the brand consistently across 18 regions and 14,000 people. Their previous, fragmented tools made brand adoption difficult, so NN selected BEAM’s Brand & Innovation Portal — a unified, interactive brand management and digital asset platform — to centralize guidelines, assets and training.
BEAM implemented the portal with workshops, iterative design and content migration, layering NN’s visual identity into features like tailored homepages, dynamic guidelines, a helpdesk, training videos, downloadable assets and an innovation hub. The impact was immediate: over 1,000 logins within two days (surpassing the old tool), an average user logging in monthly, 518 open searches/helpdesk requests in the first two months, and measurable increases in consistent brand expression with fewer errors — demonstrating BEAM drove adoption, engagement and efficiency.
