Fiddlin Fish uses QR Code menus to welcome back diners

Fiddlin Fish Brewery in Winston-Salem, North Carolina needed a safer, more flexible way to serve diners during COVID-era reopening, especially as its menus changed frequently and it wanted to reduce contact with physical menus. Beaconstac provided QR Code menus to support contactless ordering and easier menu updates.

Using Beaconstac’s dynamic QR Codes, Fiddlin Fish was able to update food, dessert, and drink menus without reprinting QR codes, and place the codes on individual tables and at the order counter. The brewery also added simple scan instructions and kept limited paper menus for guests who needed them, helping diners feel more comfortable while streamlining service for a daily pre-COVID footfall of 100–200 customers.
