Case Study: IACET Delivers a Seamless Hybrid Conference with BeaconLive

IACET, the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training, wanted to turn its annual conference into a polished hybrid event after successfully running the first edition fully online during the pandemic. As a small nonprofit with limited internal resources, it needed BeaconLive’s help with both the virtual event platform and the on-site webcasting and tech support required to deliver a seamless in-person and remote experience.

BeaconLive built a white-labeled, branded hybrid conference platform for IACET’s 2nd Annual Continuing Education and Training Conference, streamed sessions live, enabled chat and Q&A, created sponsor and exhibitor webrooms, and supported the event on-site with cameras, switching hardware, producers, and moderators. The conference drew about 70 in-person attendees and a similar number online, and the virtual platform earned a 5.0 out of 5.0 rating from anonymous feedback, with attendees praising the quality, engagement, and smooth experience.
