T. Quality, a national foodservice wholesaler supplying fish and chip shops and fast food outlets across England and Wales, needed a better IT system to support its growth from a single warehouse to a multi-depot business. Its old generic, heavily customized system was limiting sales growth, efficiency, and control across the company, so it chose BCP Software’s Accord foodservice solution.

BCP Software implemented Accord across all depots with training and a weekend cutover to avoid disruption. The new system improved depot operations, cut buyer time by around 50%, reduced out-of-stock issues, and made telesales more efficient; average order value rose by over 10%. T. Quality is now using the platform to extend into additional modules such as Web Ordering and Warehouse Management.
