BWG Foods, a leading Irish wholesale and retail company, needed to improve accuracy, productivity, stock tracking, and customer service as it expanded its operations. To meet these goals, BWG Foods chose BCP Software’s Accord® Voice Directed Warehouse Management System (WMS) after reviewing multiple suppliers.

BCP Software implemented the Voice WMS at BWG Foods’ North Road depot, integrating it with Vocollect and Motorola RF hardware and working closely with the in-house IT team to train staff and launch the system in phases. The results included 99% order fulfilment, near error-free picking, better real-time stock visibility, improved replenishment, and reduced stock holding costs, with the solution later rolled out to another distribution centre.
