Abundant Life Resources (ALR), the resource arm of the Abundant Life Church, needed a retail system that could keep up with rapid growth in demand for its books, teaching resources, music, and other products. Its existing bespoke IT system could no longer support the expanding operation, and ALR wanted better customer service, faster access to sales data, and stronger support for future growth. BCP Software’s Accord® retail solution was selected to meet these needs.

BCP Software implemented a fully integrated Accord® EPoS and Back Office system, giving ALR centralized control, product and price management, stock control, and fast reporting. The solution integrated web orders into one view and enabled monthly consolidated sales reports that were previously impractical to produce. ALR said the system delivered fast customer service and readily available information, and it has continued to support the organization’s expansion across new sites and retail outlets.
