Case Study: London Stansted Airport achieves a single view of projects with BCN Group’s RADAR

RADAR transforms project management

London Stansted Airport, part of the Manchester Airport Group, faced a challenge in managing its extensive portfolio of over a hundred ongoing projects. There was no central system, with information previously managed on individual spreadsheets, leading to a lack of control, governance, and a single view of objectives. BCN Group was engaged to develop a solution using Microsoft SharePoint Online.

BCN Group developed a bespoke SharePoint Online application called RADAR, which provided senior leadership with a single, credible source of up-to-date information for all projects. The results were extremely positive, with the system praised for its ease of use and for enabling more effective governance and meetings. The success was such that the Manchester Airport Group plans to roll out RADAR across its other airports. Feedback highlighted the excellent working relationship with BCN Group and the powerful, bespoke nature of the final solution.
